Dear Sir:
Unfortunately, I merely provide web service for Elvis Grunter (hereafter
referred to as "that idiot bum"). In addition, I provide legal advice for
him, as well as a quick fix at midnight here and there. I also deliver
pizzas in my free time, but that is beyond the scope of this discussion.
When I confronted Mr. Grunter about your claims, he responded with,
"graaa, dar fucking pansy. Rassa faaa. Where's my forty?" I interpreted
this as meaning, "Section 107 of United States Title 17 (Copyright Act)
defines four points for fair use when dealing with copyrighted material in
a work of parody or satire. I believe that all four conditions are met
for this particular instance." Mr. Grunter then spat on the sidewalk and
crawled back into his cardboard box.
As things stand right now, I believe we are within our legal right for use
of these images. If you are interested in purchasing licenses for the use
of the WebPinto logo on your vehicles, please put $2,000 in a small paper
bag and leave it in the Southeast trashcan in Yerba Buena Gardens. Mr.
Grunter resides near there and will pick it up shortly.
Thank you,
Ryan Finnie

Well, since I created the images, perhaps you can put $2001 together and
paypal it to me so you can have the pleasure of using my images. In any
event, I've informed the upstream provider of the issue and will follow
with official correspondence to all affected parties. Have a nice day!
I think, therefore I am dangerous
